Exquisite art and design objects – often handmade – are not created on an assembly line or through industrial mass production. You can expect carefully selected quality from us. Therefore, we ask for your understanding regarding delivery times, which may occur for certain products due to complex manufacturing processes.

Secure Packaging and Insured Shipping

Through insured shipping and individually adapted packaging that meets the highest quality requirements for transport, we ensure that your artwork arrives undamaged. Should unexpected transport damage occur, we will assist you within 24 hours with a free replacement.

We Deliver Throughout Europe

We select our shipping partners with particular care. Please note that delivery countries may vary depending on the manufacturer and artisan. Information on delivery countries can be found on the product detail pages under the tab “Details, Shipping, Return”. Our system attempts to read your geodata through your browser and thus only show you products available for your delivery country.

For postage, packaging, and insurance, we charge you a standard fair cost share of 9.95 EUR per shipment for deliveries within Europe, unless different shipping costs are specified on the product detail page (see tab “Details, Shipping, Return”).

We currently do not offer deliveries with DHL Express (next day delivery).

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union:

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Shipping costs: 29.95 EUR

Value Added Tax

  • EU internal market: The prices stated are total prices including statutory sales tax.
  • EFTA states and third countries: We deduct the applicable value added tax from the stated gross price. The delivering post office charges the country’s standard VAT rate. Additional customs duties may apply.

Customs or Import Duties for Deliveries Outside the Schengen Area

For deliveries outside the EU’s duty-free area (so-called Schengen Area), we have no influence on the fees charged by the recipient countries and cannot notify these in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not standardized.

If you need more detailed information on this, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you must comply with the respective country regulations when importing goods.

Import Requirements for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, fees (e.g., customs duties, value added tax) may apply. Questions about the extent of the fees or details of the import process can be answered by the customs authority of the Swiss Confederation.

Special Notes on Payment with PayPal

Steps for Payment:

  1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
  2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
    If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
  4. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to us (www.xyz.de).

Special Notes on Payment with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is always made to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket or, for other services, from when the service is made available. Installment Purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum 6.95 EUR) or under other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.
