Paul Cheng is a signature member of the Oil Painters of America (grandpa). He is a free painter and talented illustrator in the areas of animation and gaming. He was born in Guangzhou, China. He achieved his BFA degree at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, one of the most respected art academies in China, and has been living in the United States for more than 27 years.
