Matthew Jones, also known as Jonesy, is a contemporary and abstract artist from Great Britain who works in his studio in the London area. His daily focus is on creating visual impressions, using mainly oil paints with spatula and brush. He overcomes borders and continues to discover new techniques, methods and approaches. Inspired by nature, rusted surfaces and the foggy haze of the morning, Matthew creates impressive abstract landscapes that convey an atmosphere of movement and fascination.
