This work of art is part of the 197th annual exhibition (May 2023) of the Royal Scottish Academy of Art and Architecture. The original photo was taken in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is part of my award -winning series The Lotus Lake. This series gained praising mentions at the International Photography Awards and was published in many art magazines and national news, including Vogue Italia, Widewalls, Vietnam News, El Economista etc. The series was exhibited in Paris, Madrid, in the Duke's Palace of Medinaceli (Spain), especially in the Saatchi Gallery in London, and by Christ's Hong Kong auctioned. The lotus flower is the symbol of Buddhism. It symbolizes the beauty in the dark and the purity/strength of the heart, because although the lotus grows in the muddy water, the flower becomes beautiful and pure. This art photo was created based on photography and digital techniques using maltextures and is inspired by Vietnam's paint art. This special photo was exhibited in the Duke palace of Medinaceli (Spain) and in Milan and Naples (Italy). Printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 g/m². The photo is signed on the back and a certificate of authenticity is attached.
