The J-Line table lamp combines a sculptural polyresin base with a black lampshade. The solid gold-colored base is crafted as a horse sculpture, meticulously depicting the animal's front half. The figure rests on a flat, square plinth, while a narrow vertical rod connects the horse's back to the slightly tapered shade.

Power is supplied via a black cable with an integrated toggle switch.

Notes & recommendations regarding the light bulb

• Light source type: A classic LED bulb is recommended. LED bulbs generate very little heat, which is an important safety factor when using closed or dark fabric shades.
• Performance and lighting effect: Since the black, opaque shade primarily directs the light upwards and downwards, a warm white LED (approx. 2700 Kelvin) with a power output of about 4 to 8 watts (equivalent to approx. 40 to 60 watts for traditional light bulbs) is recommended for cozy accent lighting.

Due to the stark color contrast between the matte black shade and the glossy gold surface of the sculpture, this object is primarily suited to eclectic interior design styles. In modern interiors with a reduced color palette, the lamp functions as a striking visual accent.

Due to its height of 70 cm, the design requires sufficient vertical clearance. Therefore, it is best placed on freestanding console tables, solid sideboards, or low side tables to allow the sculptural form of the base to be displayed unobstructed.
