Most of our products are in stock within the European Union and available for immediate delivery – and usually arrive within 1-3 days.

Exquisite art and design objects – often handcrafted – are not produced on an assembly line or through industrial mass production. You can expect carefully selected quality from us. Therefore, we ask for your understanding regarding delivery times of 5 to 10 working days, which may occur for certain items due to complex manufacturing and shipping preparation processes.

Through insured shipping and individually tailored packaging that meets the highest quality standards for transport, we guarantee that your artwork will arrive undamaged.

Should unexpected transport damage occur, we will assist you with a free replacement within 24 hours.

We deliver throughout Europe

We select our shipping partners with particular care. Please note that may vary depending on the manufacturer and artisan “Details, Shipping, Returns” . Our system attempts to retrieve your geolocation data from your browser and thus only display products that are available for delivery to your country.

For postage, packaging and insurance, we charge a standard fair cost share of 0.00–7.50 EUR per shipment , unless different shipping costs are specified “Details, Shipping, Returns”

We do not currently offer deliveries via DHL Express (next day delivery).

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union:

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Shipping costs: from EUR 29.95 (depending on dimensions, weight and delivery country), exact shipping cost information can be found on the product detail pages.

VAT

  • EU internal market: The prices quoted are total prices, including statutory VAT.
  • EFTA countries and third countries: We deduct the applicable VAT from the gross price shown. The delivering postal service will collect the standard VAT rate for the country in question. Customs duties may also apply.

Customs or import duties for goods deliveries outside the Schengen Area

For deliveries outside the EU's customs-free area (the so-called Schengen Area), we have no influence on the duties levied by the recipient countries and do not take these into account in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not harmonized.

If you require more detailed information, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you must comply with the respective national regulations when importing goods.

Import regulations for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to duties (e.g., customs fees, VAT). The Swiss Federal Customs Administration can answer any questions you may have regarding the scope of these duties or the details of the import process.

Special instructions for payment via PayPal

Steps for payment:

  1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
  2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment.
    If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
  4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.xyz.de).

Separate information regarding payment with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice : Payment is due within 30 days of dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the date the service is provided. Installment purchase : With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly statement. Immediate payment: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

Direct debit : The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the exact date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you actually offer.)

The use of payment methods such as invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna for address and credit verification as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
