Limited edition of 299 copies, numbered and signed.

Born in Munich in 1951, the son of writer Gerhard Szczesny, this internationally acclaimed European artist has lived and worked in his adopted home of Saint-Tropez for over 20 years. Previously, he lived and worked in places such as New York, Paris, Rome, Seville, Mustique, Saint Lucia, and Cologne. Szczesny's works have been shown worldwide in numerous museum, solo, and group exhibitions. A particular highlight was the retrospective "Métamorphoses méditerranéennes" at the Palais des Papes in Avignon in 2014, featuring more than 250 works. Stefan Szczesny is now considered one of the most important contemporary artists in Europe.
