The Möbius strip is a topological construction with only one surface and one edge, where it is impossible to distinguish between top and bottom. It is often considered a symbol for infinity.
Sculpture in fine bronze, cast using the lost-wax process, hand-chiseled, polished and patinated.
Limited edition: 49 copies, numbered, signed and stamped with the foundry and ars mundi stamps.
With numbered certificate of authenticity and limitation.
Format 11.5 x 16.5 x 10 cm (H/W/D). Weight approx. 2 kg.

The artist Pierre-Paul Maillé, a painter and sculptor, was born in Canada in 1962, but has lived and worked in Germany since 1988. He studied fine arts, art history, and sculpture in Montreal and has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions as a freelance artist. Maillé creates abstract sculptures from various materials, which possess a graceful aura.
