Birgit Stauchs "Reading" is a tribute to female beauty, but at the same time a tribute to the literature, which devotes her protagonist as well as fascinated.

The fascination for shape and design was put in the cradle: As the daughter of a sculptor and stonemason master, she grew up in the middle of sculptures. In the middle of the designer, she also turned to sculpture and took lessons with well-known artists such as Arno Breker and Richard Alexander Agricola. Stauch worked as a sculptor and designer in an art foundry for many years and was also a freelancer. In 1996 she successfully became self -employed.
