The painter and sculptor Sime, born in Croatian Gorica in 1968 as a Mladen Simunovic, belongs to a young generation of artists who have long since thought the question of tradition and modernity. Rather, it can be seen in his sculptures that the "old" issues of art are far from exhausted for him: he can always gain new, refreshingly subjective perspectives. Sime, who went through an apprenticeship at the educational center for applied art and design (1985-1987) before studying the sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb (1988-1993), his sculptural work is happy to form on the basis of numerous preparatory drawings-a process in which it is supposed to be "formed", which is gradually "formed", which later " Hot wood or bronze plastic shape.
