Bernard Peltriaux, born in Reims in 1921, was an outstanding French painter who worked in Paris in the René Jaudon studio after studying art. His work, shaped by the social life of his time, impressively grasp the wife of the Belle Époque and the "Roaring Twenties". Peltriaux represented elegant and strong women who clearly differentiate themselves from the generations of their mothers and explore new life opportunities. His work is not only a tribute to a past era, but also mirrors T resisting the change in the role of women.
