Daniel Engelberg, born in Munich in 1979, studied sculpture at the ADBK in Nuremberg under Prof. Claus Bury and was appointed master student in 2008. He then continued his studies with Prof. Hermann Pitz at the ADBK in Munich. His works are characterized by the inspiration of material patterns and grids and arise from a sculptural approach that emphasizes the essentials. Engelberg creates impressive, apparently two -dimensional works that are regularly presented at national and international exhibitions.
