The sensual body of the Black Venus presents itself with winding perspectives and axes. Your beautiful body forms an up -and -coming diagonal. The dynamic compositions of the renowned Milan sculptor are never mere form; They always captivate through expressiveness, mobile liveliness and spontaneous directness: the Venus of the virtuoso master will magically attract all eyes. Art lovers do not make a pilgrimage to his works for nothing, collectors are always fascinated by the gripping power of this art. La Venere Nera deserves to be the focus of a garden architecture, because every perspective and every new incidence of light reveal a new aspect of the energetically charged body. Via Costanzo Mongini 1918-1981 from the earliest youth, the sculptor and painter Costanzo Mongini, born in Milan in 1918, confidently passed his artistic steps past the art academies. They only seemed to him to be sites of the exaggerated self -expression. Mongini wanted to keep his own access to art and went his way as a self -taught. Mongini recorded without touching experimentation, which corresponded to his nature: the figure of a volcanic explosive moment, which is based on the study of great art of the past and the exact nature observation. "What is called avant -garde today is not interested," the sculptor is frankly confessed. Success agreed to him: his triumphant bronze church portal in Portofino has become a Mecca for art lovers from all over the world. Mongini does not understand his sculptures, of which the portrait of the cardinal Ottaviani is in the private collection of the Vatican, does not understand Mongini as exalted and intensely provocative. Mongini came to world fame through exhibitions from Beirut to Munich; It is particularly well known and popular with collectors in Italy, Germany, England, Australia, the USA and Japan. The artist broke up in 1981.
