That's exactly what I love about painting—its ability to motivate, to encourage, and to both soothe and harmonize. I love what I do. For me, painting is a way to frame all the world's problems and worries and put them away. And to contain all the love and kindness within the canvas. We create our own world, and if we make it bright and friendly, negative things won't find a place in it. I like simplicity, so my paintings are minimalist. I like meditation, so my paintings are serene. I love parables, so my works are wise (I hope)."
