About Edyta Grzyb:
"Painting lives above all from color," says Edyta Grzyb (born 1984 in Poland), who is convinced that color stimuli evoke aesthetic emotions and feelings in the viewer. Her preferred subjects are people and their emotions, which inspire her to create expressive paintings. Strong color contrasts play a crucial role in her work. The young artist contrasts black-and-white sections with intense neon colors, and her interpretation of human bodies and faces constantly explores the tension between figuration and abstraction.
Grzyb has been painting since 2004 and has specialized in acrylics since 2013. Shortly after being discovered by the ARTES art gallery, many of her works were already in private collections. Edyta Grzyb quickly established herself in the international art scene, and her works have seen promising increases in value. Since 2015, the talented painter has increasingly participated in group exhibitions in Warsaw and Berlin and has already exhibited for the second time at the Art Fair in Munich.
