The northern German artist Peter Nottrott was born in Flensburg near the Hanseatic city of Hamburg in 1962. After graduating from the private art school Atelier Yak in Hamburg, he started working full -time as an artist. First of all, he mainly painted photo -realistic and surrealistic pictures, but over time, a real passion for abstract art developed, and that is now the focus of his artistic work. The abstract expressionist feels particularly at home in working with abstract forms and lives his preference for intensive colors and liveliness in painting, his creative fantasies and ideas beyond concrete motifs. His pictures are full of life and joy and exude this mood at the viewer and in any place they can decorate.
