Planning an art-beefic event: a guide for successful events

Art beefic events offer a fantastic opportunity to support creative talents and at the same time promote non-profit purposes. There are numerous formats that can assume such an event.

But no matter what concept the choice falls on: the event is only a complete success with careful planning and organization.

Definition of the goal

At the beginning there is the question of which - at best - non -profit purpose should be supported with the campaign. Is it about making local artists known and offering them a platform, should the protection of the environment or the promotion of education?

A clearly defined goal will facilitate planning and marketing the event.

If the goal is set, it is said that organizations or facilities are found that are active in the corresponding area and in which the donations are used in the right place or support their goals.

It helps to formulate a specific statement that illustrates the purpose. This specific target statement must also be passed on to the partners, sponsors and other supporters to ensure that everyone pulls together and concentrate on the common goal.

Form an organizational team

An art-beefic event requires the cooperation of many people. Various skills and experiences are needed so that the event becomes a success. These include event planning, marketing, fundraising, financial management, logistics and communication.

Search for people in your network or community who have the required skills and want to get involved in the non -profit purpose of your event. The tasks and responsibilities within the team must be clearly divided.
