Timeless wall colors: You won't tire of them even in ten years
Do the walls need a fresh coat of paint? Whether due to a move or simply a redecoration of your own home:
So, which color should it be?
Choosing the perfect color often brings with it some negative concerns – after all, the new color should not only fit the space, but also look fantastic. Such uncertainties frequently lead to the decision against painting altogether.
But now for the good news: No creative risks are required for the repainting project! After all, there are quite a few wall paints available that will still ensure a safe outcome.
Given the right conditions, these colors will fit into almost any room, even any decor and style.”
Furthermore, it's not necessary to paint all four walls of the room – in some cases, two colored walls are sufficient, or even just a single so-called "statement wall." In this way, a painter can positively transform an unremarkable city apartment into a home with a feel-good factor.
Ivory white or off-white

It's common knowledge: white is the absolute classic among a wide variety of wall colors – it always works, everywhere. It brightens a room considerably and also intense contrasts . However, not all whites are created equal; this seemingly monotonous shade comes in both cool and warm undertones.
A warm white naturally appears much softer and more pleasant compared to pure white – for example, ivory white creates a warm atmosphere. Off-white, on the other hand, has a cooler effect. It's usually difficult to discern a difference in nuances with the naked eye, but the right shade of white can make all the difference.
Sand beige

A shade of pure timelessness: sand beige.
In contrast to the white tones, this otherwise simple shade manages to bring a little more color into the room – especially with apparent inspiration from nature.
color blends perfectly into any minimalist and naturally furnished apartment , and it's especially well-suited to the popular boho chic style. It can also be used to paint all four walls without hesitation.
Combinations for a cozy look:
- Lush green plants
- Minimal color accents
- Furniture made from untreated wood or solid wood
Light grey or “greige”

Two other shades that are particularly common on walls are light grey and “greige”.
Light grey has a pastel appearance and is therefore very versatilein upscale interiors its elegant facets . This shade also adds a certain lightness to a room with predominantly dark furnishings.
As expected, "greige" is a blend of gray and beige shades – but with a slight reddish tint. This color is particularly popular in living and dining rooms, where it appears less austere and extremely charismatic.
Warm shades: Marsala and powder

Powder and Marsala – these are both warm and reddish hues that are always a safe bet. They consistently radiate a feeling of coziness and security .
The powder pink shade is so popular because it's neither pink nor a true beige – as a kind of intermediate shade, it can be used to great effect. Powder pink is frequently found in bedrooms and living rooms.
Classic Blue

A shade of blue that is both intense and calming. It evokes memories of a tranquil summer night sky and wonderful travels. Floorboards are often finished in this classic blue.
Green – from sage to olive to moss

The three green tones – sage, olive , and moss – create a consistently cozy and almost warm feeling, giving your home a completely natural look.
While the sage green shade is often found throughout the entire room, olive green tends to adorn two opposite surfaces. Moss green is usually only painted on one surface.
