Interested in art for a lifetime and worked as a collector, I decided a few years ago to become a painter myself. My drive was an attempt to free myself from the organized, structure and text -heavy world and to find a way towards a professional artistic activity.

Making art inspires me every day! I deliberately go into the "free fall of the imagination", paint spontaneously, intuitively and uninhibited. The design and content concept only gets a certain aesthetic meaning in the final phase.

Abstract, expressionist pictures are characteristic - often in combination with writing (fonts). Preferred materials are acrylic, combined with wax chalk, ink and felt pen.

My artistic teachers are, among other things, Peter Casagrande, Dagmar Wassong and Peter Tomschiczek.

I am currently studying as a master student with Prof. Markus Lüpertz at the Academy for Fine Arts in Kolbermoor.
