About Patrick Preller: Patrick Preller lives and works as a freelance artist in Fürth, Bavaria. His work focuses on friendly monsters and other metal objects. While his creations are called monsters, they are anything but frightening. Instead, their colorful and unexpected appearance is meant to bring a smile to the viewer's face. They all share a pleasant lightness, transparency, and cheerfulness – this is how metal is brought to life! Preller's objects so naturally "monster" their way into every aspect of life that it hardly occurs to us that they are the result of a complex fusion of artistic vision and painstaking craftsmanship.
