After cooling, the wax cast is removed from the mold, provided with casting channels and dipped into a ceramic mass. The ceramic mass is hardened in the fuel oven, the wax flows (lost shape). Now you finally have the negative form in which the approximately 1400 ° C hot bronze melt is poured. After cooling the bronze, the ceramic cover is smashed and the sculpture comes to light. Now the casting channels are removed, the surfaces are polished and patinated and numbered by a specialist by a specialist or according to his specifications. So every casting becomes the original.
