It is the basic elements of earth, water, fire and air that the sculptor and ceramician Maria-Luise Bodirsky, born in 1952, combines in her sculptures and in the work process. The tone is your elementary design means when it captures the inner and external circumstances of her characters, tracks them down. Bodirsky can be inspired by early human history, Egyptian high culture, Greek mythology and the Old Testament or from modern literature, for example, for her archaic figures.
