A series in which I use gesture characteristics to present the strength of contemporary women - by mixing different ethnic groups and colors. The title Mater is what the mother's function is or performs, the woman who testified, gave birth and raised her children; Parent. What is the origin of; The reason or the cause of: problem mater.
Luciano Cian was born on July 20, 1973. He comes from São Paulo and currently lives and works in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. At the age of 18 he started oil painting technology. Today his visual art production includes painting, drawing, photography, video and urban intervention. In 2008 he founded the art collective Fuso Coletivo (Cian + Kjá), which consists of interactions between several platforms and artistic languages.
The first work of the collective was awarded the award for urban interference in 2008.

Cian's works were acquired for private collections in Brazil, the USA, Great Britain, France, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Peru.
