The exhibition "The intensity of the places - current and abstraction" was opened last Sunday in Augsburg with great success.
This time the focus is on works by Anja Behrens and Anna Maria Kursawe the Augsburg Contemporary .
The exhibition runs until August 31, 2024.
Anja Behrens and Anna-Maria Kursawe immerse themselves deeply into the expressiveness of landscapes , influenced by the unique nature and the specific light of the respective places. They capture the opposite moods of the north and south with masterly artistry and represent them in direct contrast to each other.

On the one hand, we see fascinating interpretations of Arctic , on the other hand, Mediterranean city landscapes in all its beauty. By comparing the different perspectives and expression of the two artists- here the Nordic flows, where the Mediterranean abstraction- the fascinating intensity and form of different places is made visible in an impressive way.
