The two characters depicted here are diametrically opposed: one is more traditional, with a topknot and headband, and associated with a religion, while the other, more modern, has short red hair, a tattoo, and a septum ring. Despite this, both portraits are just as legitimate as the other! This painting advocates for all women, but above all for emancipation, acceptance of oneself as well as of others, and liberation from norms and differences. In conclusion, I would like to add an unbearable mantra: Be yourself!
