Friedensreich Hundertwasser: “The thingamajig grows in the flowerpot”

Hundertwasser used color instinctively (according to the renowned art historian Wieland Schmied) and, precisely because of this, achieved maximum effect with almost sleepwalking certainty. The deep black lacquered solid wood frame and the black passe-partout with its white beveled edge make his colors shine all the more brightly.

High-quality reproduction, finishing with glossy foil and the matte black background emphasize the value.
