Before dedicating herself to art, the artist trained as a pharmacist and worked for several years in a large cosmetics company. However, the feeling that another calling awaited her in life guided her further. In the mid-1980s, she took over a restaurant, which quickly became a culinary hotspot.
This was also where her career as a painter – she recognized the white walls of her restaurant as a suitable exhibition space for her colorful artwork. To the young artist's surprise, her paintings were so well received by the restaurant's guests that the restaurant quickly became her first gallery.

Other paintings, however, exhibit expressionistic or impressionistic traits. What these works have in common is that they all bear the artist's unique and unmistakable signature and offer profound insights into her personality.
